JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a review application seeking recall of my Order dated 19.03.1979 whereby the Writ Petition has been dismissed.

(2.) THE applicants Petitioners had gone to the Supreme Court against my Order dated 19.03.1979 and their Lordships of the Supreme Court passed the following order :

(3.) ON merits, the Petitioners -applicants had claimed co -tenancy right in the disputed land and I did not accept their claim as is evident from my Order dated 19.03.1979.
