JUDGEMENT

(1.) Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Auraiya as respondent No. 5 to the writ petition during the course of the day.

(2.) Heard Sri Satendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ram Shiromani Yadav, learned counsel for respondent No. 4, Sri Satendra Bhushan Dubey, learned counsel for state-respondents and Sri Hari Narayan Singh, learned counsel for the respondent-Land Management Committee.

(3.) With the consent of the learned counsel for the respective parties, the instant writ petition is being heard and disposed of at the admission stage itself, without calling for counter affidavit in the matter.
