JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri B.P. Singh, Sr. Advocate assisted by Sri V.K. Singh and Sri Raunak Tiwary, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Manish Goyal, Sr. Advocate assisted by Sri M.S. Pipersenia, learned counsel for the respondents.

(2.) All these four petitions involve common question of law and fact and therefore, they are being decided together.

(3.) In all the petitions, order dtd. 12/10/2017 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division) Kayamganj, District Farukkhabad rejecting an application under Order VII Rule 11 of C.P.C. filed by defendant-petitioners and the revisional order dtd. 19/10/2022 are under challenge.
