JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Mohammad Shahil, the learned counsel for the proposed opposite party-5, the learned A.G.A. for State opposite party-1 and Mr. Rishi Yadav, the learned counsel for applicant.

(2.) Perused the record.

(3.) On the matter being taken up, the learned A.G.A. submits that notice of present application has been served upon first informantopposite party-2 on 20/7/2024. However, in spite of service on notice, neither any counter affidavit has been filed by first informantopposite party-2 nor anyone has put in appearance on his behalf to oppose this application.
