JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties.

(2.) Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to decide representation of petitioner.

(3.) It has been submitted that inadvertently incorrect pleadings were made in the petition due to which petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh.
