By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the order dtd. 4/2/2016 passed by the Collector, Barabanki in Case No. D20140412001297 under Ss. 47-A/33 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 and the order dtd. 24/5/2017 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Faizabad Divi-sion, Faizabad in Case No. C2016040000510, under Sec. 56(1) of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, inter alia, praying for the following reliefs :
