JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Parvez Alam, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Syed Iqbal Ahmad, Advocate holding brief of Sri Sharique Ahmed, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and Sri Bade Lal Bind, learned counsel for the State and perused the record.

(2.) The present application US 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant- Salman Qureshi, with the following prayer-

The office vide its report dtd. 4/7/2024 reported that a report from the Special Judge (Dacoity Affected Area) Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No.3, Agra through the District Judge, Agra has been received, wherein it has been stated that compromise between the parties has been verified vide its report dtd. 19/4/2024.
