JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is the second bail application.

(2.) By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 248 of 2024 at Police Station-Kothibar, District-Maharajganj under Sec. 323, 504, 506, 308, 304 I.P.C. The applicant is in jail since 2/7/2024.

(3.) The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 13/8/2024.
