(2.) Heard Ms. Swati Agrawal Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Vijay Kumar, learned AGA for the State respondent.

(3.) The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 380 of 2024, under Ss. 191(2), 115(2), 123, 103(1) BNS, Police Station- Khutahan, District- Jaunpur, during pendency of the trial in the court below.
