State of U.P.) which was connected with SLP (Crl) No. 15211 / 2025 and Diary No. 52552 / 2025 and submits that the connected petition having Diary No. 52552 / 2025 concerns the present bail application and the Apex Court vide the order passed in the same has requested the High Court to take up the bail application and dispose it of on the ensuing date.
