Present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the judgment and order dated 12.1.2015 passed by Additional District Judge, Court No. 16 Kanpur Nagar in Rent Appeal No. 59 of 2013 and the judgment and order dated 18.7.2013 passed by Prescribed Authority, Kanpur Nagar in Rent Case No. 21 of 2010.
