(1.) The petitioners, by means of this writ petition, has moved this Court praying for the following reliefs:-

(3.) At the very outset it may be mentioned that the petitioner nos.1 & 4 and the respondent no.2 are real brothers and the petitioner nos.2 & 3 are the wives of the petitioner nos. 1 & 4.
