JUDGEMENT

(1.) MR . V. P. Srivastava, learned Senior Counsel, assisted by Mr. Anshul Tiwari, Advocate, appeared on behalf of the appellant, Mr. Vinay Pratap Yadav, appeared on behalf of State and perused the record.

(2.) THE appeal was heard and judgement was reserved on 31.3.2015.

(3.) THE present criminal appeal has been preferred assailing the judgement and order of conviction dated 10.4.1991 passed by Special Judge, Moradabad convicting and sentencing the appellant to undergo imprisonment for life under section 302 IPC read with section 34 IPC in S.T. No. 265 of 1987 arising out of case crime no.101 of 1986, Police Station Bhagatpur, District Moradabad.
