JUDGEMENT

(1.) PRESENT writ petition has been filed on behalf of petitioner Pulkit Agarwal through legal guardian (father) Abhishek Agarwal under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus commanding the respondent nos. 4, 5, 6 and 7 to produce corpus before this Court and to release him in favour of his father forthwith.

(2.) PARTIES have already exchanged affidavits.
