JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri Akhter Abbas, learned counsel for petitioner, learned State counsel as well as Sri Y.C. Srivastava, learned counsel appearing on behalf of contesting respondent and perused the record.

(2.) BY means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 06.01.2012 and 27.01.2010 passed by O.P.Nos. 2 and 3 respectively.

FACTS as submitted by Sri Akhter Abbas, learned counsel for petitioner that Gaon Sabha Ghadia Pargana Dewa Tahsil Nawabganj, District Barabanki allotted plot No. 2864 area 2 Bigha 3 Biswa 16 Biswanis to late Smt. Yashoda, the mother of the petitioner on 13.03.1972, thereafter in this regard a certificate has been issued, accordingly, name of Smt. Yashoda has been recorded in the revenue record/Khatauni for the year 1376 -78 fasli.
