JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri N.K. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Amit Krishna, learned counsel for respondent no.1.

(2.) By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :

Briefly stated the facts of the present case are that petitioner as well as the respondent no.1 were contesting candidates amongst others from Ward No.25 of Zila Panchayat in the election of the members of Zila Panchayat, Bareilly. Polling was held on 17.10.2010. Result was declared on 30.10.2010 in which the petitioner was declared successful. She secured 4,976 votes, while the respondent no.1 secured 4,923 votes.
