(1.) By means of this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ of Certiorari quashing the following orders impugned herein:
(2.) The factual matrix of this case lie in a narrow compass. The petitioner joined judicial service as Additional Civil Judge on 16.03.1996 at Bahraich and was promoted as Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)/A.C.J.M. at Faizabad on 15.12.2003. He was posted on an ex-cadre post as Additional District & Sessions Judge (F.T.C.) at Faizabad on 15.12.2008 and while working as Additional District & Sessions Judge, (Ex-cadre) at Hapur, Ghaziabad, he was served with the order of compulsory retirement dated 08.02.2013.

In the annual confidential remarks for the year 1996-97, the out turn of the petitioner was found much below the prescribed standard, as such, it was communicated to him vide order dated 24.06.1997. In the year 2002-03 also, the petitioner's out turn was found to be short and in the year 2006-07, the petitioner was graded as 'Average officer'. In the annual remarks recorded by the High Court for the year 2009-2010, the petitioner was graded as 'Average officer' and his integrity was not certified. This entry was also communicated to the petitioner vide order dated 31.10.2012. In the year 2010-11, the petitioner was given adverse entry, which too was communicated to the petitioner vide order dated 21.09.2012.
