Present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 30.3.2013 passed by Civil Judge (Senior Division)/Judge Small Cause, Court, Kashiram Nagar in SCc Case No. 17 of 2001 and the order dated 22.1.2015 passed by District Judge, Kasganj in SCC Revision No. 02 of 2013.
