JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri Gopal Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. and Sri O.P. Singh, Senior Advocate, assisted by Sri Ashok Singh, learned counsel for the complainant -respondent no.3.

(2.) THIS petition has been filed by the petitioners Deepak Jaiswal, Jyoti Jaiswal and Vikas Jaiswal with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. in case crime no. 244 of 2014, under sections 409,342,506,120 -B I.P.C. P.S. Fajalganj district Kanpur Nagar.

(3.) FROM the perusal of the impugned F.I.R. it appears that on the basis of the allegations made therein a prima facie cognizable offence is made out. There is no ground for interference in the F.I.R. Therefore, the prayer for quashing the impugned F.I.R. is refused.
