JUDGEMENT

(1.) CIVIL Misc. Application No. nil/2015 is allowed and Vinod Kumar Singh is permitted to be impleaded as respondent no. 4 in the present petition.

(2.) HEARD counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) IN the present writ petition, the petitioners have challenged order dated 20.1.2015 appended as annexure no. 5 to the writ petition, by which both the petitioners working on the post of Additional State Radio Officer in police department, have been reverted to the post of Assistant Radio Officer.
