JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITION seeks issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to withdraw House Rent Allowance paid to the petitioner Vinod Kumar Srivastava.

(2.) PETITION also seeks writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to continue payment of House Rent Allowance (for short, HRA) every month.

(3.) FACTS , as they emerge from the pleadings as also from the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, are that the petitioner has been serving as Review Officer (Samiksha Adhikari) in Confidential Section in Secretariat Administration Department, Civil Secretariat, Lucknow. Wife of the petitioner, namely Sudha Srivastava is a Review Officer in Finance and Expenditure Section, U.P. Civil Secretariat, Lucknow.
