JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents No. 2 & 3 for correcting the name of her father in the her High School Certificate issued in the year 1996.

(2.) Brief facts of the case are as follows;

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that under the Regulation 7 framed under the U.P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921 as amended on 20.9.2013, no time limit has been given for correcting the names of the father and mother of the petitioner. In support of his contention, learned counsel for the candidate and? further placed reliance upon a division bench decision of this Court dated 11.2.2014 in the case of Anand Singh Vs. U.P. Board of Secondary Education and others.?
