JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri H.K. Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri N.I. Jafri for the C.B.I.

(2.) I have perused the charge sheet as also the allegations made against the applicant which is in respect of the duties of the applicant for supervising the financial status of the NGO that was paid the amount for the purpose as referred to in the charge sheet.

(3.) The allegations are that the said amount had been misappropriated. The obligation of the applicant was therefore of having supervised and thereafter to give a utilization certificate in respect of the work to be done.
