JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

(2.) BY means of present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: -

(3.) IT appears from the record that petitioner was inducted in service in Cooperative department on the post of Cooperative Kurk Amin on Commission basis. The services of the petitioner are governed with the U.P. Cooperative Collection Fund and the Amins and other Staff Services Rules, 2002, which was made in exercise of powers conferred under Section 130 read with Section 92A and Section 92B of U.P. Cooperative Societies Rules, 1965.
