JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State.

(2.) The only prayer made is that the respondent No.3 be directed to expedite the disposal of mutation case No. 27/34/62/442/739 (Smt. Radha Devi Vs. Rajendra Singh), under section 34 of L.R. Act within time bound period. It has been stated in para 10 of the writ petition, the proceedings are pending since 2007 and have not been concluded.

(3.) The petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to the Government order dated 16.5.2012, whereby it has been provided that the respondent No.3 may be directed to decision the mutation proceedings/cases as early as possible within six months.
