JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Manish Tiwary, learned counsel for the Applicant, Sri V.P. Srivastava, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Ajatshatru Pandey for the informant and the learned A.G.A.

(2.) Applicant - Abhishek Singh @ Sonu seeks bail in Case Crime No.250/2014, under Sections 147/307 IPC and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, P.S. Colonelganj, Allahabad.

(3.) Anshu Singh @ Sarvesh Singh lodged an FIR on 14.3.2014 at 22.30 hrs. alleging that he is a student preparing for competitive examinations at Allahabad; at around 9.30 P.M, he along with his friend Anshul Pathak were out to have tea; no sooner they arrived at P.C.B Hostel gate, two motorcyclists came from the side of "Chhatrasangh Bhawan", five persons, i.e., Abhishek Singh @ Sonu (applicant), Animesh Singh @ Monu, Ajeet Yadav and two unknown persons alighted and started indiscriminate firing as a result of which the fire-arm short of the applicant, hit Anshul Pathak in stomach and that of Animesh Singh, hit the informant Anshu Singh @ Sarvesh Singh. The report alleged that there existed strong previous enmity.
