JUDGEMENT

(1.) SHRI Bajrang Bahadur Singh, wrongly transcribed as Brij Raj Singh in the order dated 05.02.2015 states that he no longer has any instructions in the matter. Shri Ulajhan Singh Bind, who appears for the respondent no. 5 is present.

(2.) EVEN though the case called out in the revised list, none has appeared to press the writ petition.

(3.) THE writ petition arises out of proceedings under Section 198 (4) of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act.
