JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for opposite parties 2 and 3, the learned AGA and perused the record.

(2.) BY means of the present petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. the petitioners have prayed for quashing of the chargesheet no. 169 of 2013 dated 24.9.2013 filed in Case No. 438 of 2014 arising out of case crime 103 of 2013 under sections 323,498A, and 506 IPC P.S. Kotwali, District Sitapur pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitapur and also the order dated 7.2.2014 taking cognizance on the basis of the aforesaid charge -sheet.

(3.) PETITIONERS are the husband, father -in -law, mother -in -law and sister -in -law (Nanad) respectively of opposite party no. 3.
