JUDGEMENT

(1.) LEARNED counsel for the parties were heard and judgment was reserved on 6.5.2015.

(2.) THE present criminal appeal no. 201 of 2006, has been preferred on behalf of accused appellants Brajesh and Ram Iqabal against the judgment and order of conviction and sentence dated 21.12.2005 passed by the Additional Session Judge/Fast Track Court No.3, Deoria in S.T. No.04/2000, under section 302 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Sadar, District Deoria arising out of case crime no.430 of 1999. By impugned judgment and order appellant Brajesh and Ram Iqabal were convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment under section 302 IPC with fine of Rs.10,000/ - each and in default one year additional imprisonment.

THE criminal appeal no. 29 of 2006, has been preferred on behalf of accused appellant Ram Bali against the judgment and order of conviction and sentence dated 21.12.2005 passed by the Additional Session Judge/Fast Track Court No.3, Deoria in S.T. No.04/2000, under section 302 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Sadar, District Deoria arising out of case crime no.430 of 1999. By impugned judgment and order appellant Ram Bali was convicted and sentenced for life imprisonment with fine for a sum of Rs.10,000/ - in default one year further rigorous imprisonment.
