JUDGEMENT

(1.) The following reliefs interalia have been claimed in the instant petition :-

The further case of the petitioner is that on the other hand the Banaras Hindu University is not returning the original documents of the petitioner and she has been orally informed that her admission in the Banaras Hindu University has been cancelled. It is submitted that the Banaras Hindu University be directed to return back the original testimonials so that the petitioner may be in a position to submit the same before the third respondent so that her admission in BTC Training course, 2014 is not cancelled.
