JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONERS Smt. Kirti Chaudhary and Yogya Chaudhary have filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus commanding the respondents no. 1 and 2 to take custody of the corpus petitioner no. 2 from respondents no. 3 to 7 and to produce him before this Court. Further prayer has been made that custody of corpus petitioner no. 2 should be handed over to petitioner no. 1.

(2.) SRI Pankaj Kumar Shukla, learned counsel appeared for petitioners. Learned AGA appeared for respondents no. 1 and 2. Sri Rahul Bhargava, learned counsel appeared for respondents no. 3 to 7.
