JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the applicant.

(2.) THE grievance of the applicant is that? the opposite parties -contemnors have deliberately and intentionally flouted the order of this Court dated 27.01.2014 passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 4632 of 2014, copy of which has been annexed as Annexure -7 to the affidavit accompanying this contempt application.

(3.) LEARNED counsel for the applicant contends that the aforesaid order of the Writ Cort was duly served upon the opposite parties on 01.09.2014. It is contended that in spite of the service of the order of the writ Court, same have not been complied with, therefore, the opposite parties have deliberately flouted the order of the Writ Court.
