This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the entire proceedings of Criminal Complaint Case No. 1150 of 2013 (Betabin vs. Waseem and others) under Section 498-A IPC, Police Station Mahila Thana, District - Amroha/ J.P. Nagar pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, J.P. Nagar in view of settlement / compromise dated 7.4.2015.
