JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Shri Anil Bhushan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Bhola Nath Yadav for the respondents.

(2.) THIS writ petition arises out of an objection under Section 9 -A (2) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holding Act and has been directed against the orders passed by all the consolidation authorities, namely, the Consolidation Officer, Settlement Officer, Consolidation and the Deputy Director of Consolidation.

(3.) THE dispute in the writ petition pertains to khata nos. 53 and 181 of Village Saraipul, District Azamgarh which were recorded in the name of the petitioners in the basic year record and khata no. 2 of Village Pureparan which in the basic year record was recorded in the name of Badama, respondent no. 4.
