(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
(2.) In its order dated 26.10.2015, the Election Tribunal has observed that the allegation in the election petition is that there are several persons whose names were found in the voter list of two separate wards and that 10 such persons having identical names, address and parentage had cost their votes. It has therefore directed that the question of their having voted twice, shall be considered at the time of re-counting.
(3.) This order has been passed on a review application directed against an order dated 16.04.2014, whereby the ballot papers have been directed to be produced before the Court filed by the contesting respondents. The review application was earlier dismissed vide order dated 13.05.2015.
