THIS application has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to review the judgment and order dated 19.7.2011 passed by this Court in Writ -B No. 47300 of 2008, by which this writ petition was dismissed.? The review application is supported by affidavit of one Lalit Kumar, parokar of the petitioner.
