JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS Habeas Corpus petition has been filed through Haseeb, son of Munna Khan ( corpus) with the prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to set said Munna Khan (corpus) at liberty forthwith.

(2.) COUNTER and rejoinder affidavits have been exchanged.

(3.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent no.3 as well as learned AGA for respondents 1 and 2.
