RADHEY SHAYAM Vs. DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF CONSOLIDATION, FAIZABAD

JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri K.S. Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for opposite parties and perused the record.

(2.) FACTS , as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner are that the land recorded as Gata no. 1187/1 having total area 0.775 hectare situated at village Joriyan, Pargana -Khandasa, Tehsil -Milkipur district Faizabad. Further the petitioner is recorded as co -tenure holder of gata no. 1187/1 area 0.775 alongwith other co -tenure holder and his share of the said gata is 1/6 i.e. to the extent of 0.129 hectare.

(3.) DURING the start of consolidation proceedings an objection has been filed by the contesting respondent as a result of which a case has been initiated before opposite party no.3/ Consolidation, Kumarganj, District Faizabad, who by order dated 20.5.2014 partly allowed the objection.
