JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel. for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and Sri Santosh Kumar, learned counsel for respondent No.3.

(2.) IT appears that the petitioners were working on the post of Shiksha Mitra in various institutions. They had left the said posts for joining the Special BTC training course in the year 2011. The petitioners have been admitted in the year 2011 and they had completed the training in the year 2014. Submission is that they are entitled for appointment on their original posts of Shiksha Mitra as they have not been absorbed as Assistant Teachers. The petitioners are claiming benefit of the Government Order dated 14.8.2002.

(3.) LEARNED Standing Counsel pursuant to the order dated 22.1.2015 has received instructions. Written instructions supplied by District Basic Education Officer, Shahjahanpur dated 5.2.2015 are taken on record. It is indicated in the said note that the Government Order dated 14.8.2012 is not applicable so far as the petitioners are concerned.
