JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) BY means of present writ petition, the petitioner prays for mandamus commanding respondents to permit the petitioner to appear in the fourth round of counseling for appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher in District Lalitpur pursuant to the advertisement issued on 30.11.2011.

(3.) CONTENTION of the petitioner is that he has submitted an application form for selection on the post Assistant Teacher and copy of the said form was sent to the DIET by registered post on 6.1.2012. The petitioner has secured 110 marks in UP TET Examination, 2011. Pursuant to the notification issued by the Director, Rajya Shaikshik Anusandhan Evam Prashikshan Parishad, Lucknow the candidates who could not appear in first, second and third round of counseling and have obtained more than 105 marks in general category and 97 marks in Reserved category, have been allowed to appear in fourth round of counseling from 9.1.2015 to 14.1.2015.
