(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Sanjay Kumar Om, learned counsel appearing for all the respondents.

(3.) Admittedly, the petitioners were engaged as volunteers under National Youth Corps scheme and their period of engagement is over. The engagement was only for a period of two years.
