JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri C.P. Upadhyay holding brief of Shri Manu Singh, who has accepted notice on behalf of the respondent no. 5, Land Management Committee.

(2.) THIS writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 10.10.2013 passed by the respondent no. 4 Additional Collector (Finance and Revenue), Etah and the order dated 07.05.2014 passed by the Additional Commissioner, respondent no. 3.

(3.) UPON hearing learned counsel for the parties and a perusal of the record, it emerges that the proceedings under Section 198 (4) of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act were initiated against the petitioners.
