JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri R.B.Verma,? learned counsel for the applicant and Sri L.D.Rajbhar, learned A.G.A. for the State.

(2.) IT has been contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the co -accused Sonu and Mahesh Chandra have been granted bail by another Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.1.2015? in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 1886 of 2015, copy of which has been annexed at page -22 of the bail application, and the case of the applicant stands of identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity. The applicant is in jail since

(3.) LEARNED A.G.A. opposed the prayer for bail but could dispute the aforesaid facts as argued by the learned counsel for the applicant.
