JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sanjay Goswani who represents the State respondents.

(2.) THE writ petition arises out of proceedings under Section 122 -B of the U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act.

(3.) THE contention of learned counsel for the petitioner was that earlier proceedings under Section 122 -B instituted against him had been withdrawn. Subsequently, against the order the Gaon Sabha preferred a revision which was allowed and the matter was remanded back with certain directions. One of the directions was that revenue authorities were requires to determine as to who was in unauthorised occupation of Gaon Sabha property.
