JUDGEMENT

(1.) This second appeal is preferred against the judgement and decree dated 8.3.1989 passed by Second Additional Civil Judge, Meerut in Civil Appeal No.154 of 1987 allowing the appeal against judgement and decree dated 23.8.1987 passed by Vth Additional Munsif, Meerut in Original Suit No.309 of 1981.
