JUDGEMENT

(1.) PRESENT writ petition has been filed on behalf of Sonu (minor) through her mother Rahnuma Begum under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with prayer to issue a writ order, or direction in the nature of habeas corpus commanding the respondents to produce the corpus petitioner and to issue any other writ order or direction which court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.

(2.) SHRI B.N. Pathak appeared for petitioner. Learned A.G.A. appeared for respondent nos. 1 to 3. Shri Mohammad Naushad Siddiqui and Shri Pushkar Srivastava appeared for respondent nos. 4 to 6.
