JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the petitioner, who has appeared in person and Sri Ashok Mehta, learned counsel appearing for the Union of India.

(2.) THIS review petition has been filed along with an application under section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay on the ground that the deponent had suffered from hepatitis and Anaemia w.e.f. 15.01.2015 to 10.02.2015 and could not arrange the money for pairvi of the case and, as such, he could not file the said petition within time.

(3.) LEARNED counsel for the Union of India has not raised any objection for the condonation of delay.
