JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Namit Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Siddharth Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing counsel for the State-respondents.

(2.) Through this writ petition prayer has been made for issuing writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 28.7.2015 passed by Deputy Commissioner (Shram Evam Rozgar) District Rural Development Agency, Jalaun directing to recover an amount of Rs. 67,564.00 from the petitioner on account of irregularities committed by him. The petitioner happens to be ex-Pradhan of village Devkali, Tehsil Kalpi, Block Mahewa, District Jalaun.
