JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri H.R. Misra, Senior Advocate assisted by Sri K.M. Misra, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P. and Sri Satish Trivedi, Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Rakesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the complainant.

(2.) THIS petition has been filed by the petitioner Rajesh Chauhan with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. in case crime no. 105 of 2014, under sections 420,467,468,471 I.P.C. P.S. Indrapura district Ghaziabad.

(3.) FROM the perusal of the impugned F.I.R. it appears that on the basis of the allegations made therein a prima facie cognizable offence is made out. There is no ground for interference in the F.I.R. Therefore, the prayer for quashing the impugned F.I.R. is refused.
