JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition is directed against order dated 16.1.1996, whereby sale certificate issued on 14th June, 1968, has been restored, pursuant to the order passed in Original Suit No. 386 of 1989, dated 15.5.1995, as affirmed by this Court in FAFO No. 905 of 1995.

(2.) WHILE entertaining the writ petition, this Court passed following order on 10.5.1996: -

(3.) THIS petition was connected alongwith Writ Petition No. 17647 of 1995, which has been allowed by a separate judgment and order of date. A direction has been issued to the civil court to forthwith expedite the proceedings of the suit. It has been observed that rights of the parties are to be adjudicated in the pending Original Suit No. 386 of 1989.
